What it looks like in practice
A client calls asking for a letter to the tax office about Q3 advance payments. The accountant knows how to write it — but must first check Comarch, pull declarations, find last year's template, fill in data. 45–90 minutes per letter.
The accountant types the request. In 2 minutes the AI returns a complete draft letter with the client's data, the correct tax office address, and the legal basis — ready to review and send.

Client data and your firm's responsibility
Financial data stays on your network
Accounting firms usually process client data as a processor under a data processing agreement. Any further provider – such as a cloud AI service – is a sub-processor that requires your client's general or specific authorisation (Art. 28 GDPR). A local system does not pass documents to an AI provider. If 3oz services the system remotely, we cover this in one clear agreement.
Tax adviser confidentiality
If tax advisers work in your firm, they are bound by professional secrecy. Local processing makes it simpler to assess who you entrust client information to.
AI drafts, the accountant approves
Letters and answers are drafts. Responsibility for the content and the final check stay with the accountant, and the system shows the documents it relied on.
Frequently asked questions
Will it replace our accounting software?
No. The assistant works alongside your accounting software. It doesn't do the bookkeeping – it helps you draft letters faster and find information in documents.
Will our clients talk to the AI?
Not in the basic package. The assistant is a tool for your staff; clients contact you just as they do today.
Does the system know current tax law?
A language model only knows what it learned up to its training date, so its knowledge of the law may be out of date. That's why we base answers on documents you upload – current templates, rulings and internal procedures – and an accountant always checks the legal basis.
